Cookies and analytics
RedT websites use the redt_cookie_consent cookie to record consent preferences. This cookie is necessary to apply the user's choice and does not directly store personal data.
Google Analytics 4 is used only after analytics consent. The websites currently do not use marketing pixels, remarketing, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or equivalent advertising tracking technologies.
RedT websites use Adobe Fonts to load the Stolzl typeface from Adobe's infrastructure. This creates external connections to deliver the fonts and technically measure their use. According to Adobe, the service receives the visitor's IP address to deliver the font but does not store it. It may collect metadata about the fonts served, the web project, and the domain using them to operate and diagnose the service and fulfill agreements with type foundries. Adobe states that it does not set or use cookies to deliver these fonts. RedT continues to host the Poppins fallback font.

Who processes your data
RedT, registered with CNPJ No. 08.018.782/0001-06 and headquartered at Estrada União e Indústria, 10035/211, Itaipava, Petrópolis/RJ, Brazil, acts as the controller of personal data processed during recruitment under Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

RedT remains responsible for determining the purposes of processing and protecting the data, even when it is collected through the processor's platform.
Data we collect and when
RedT follows the data minimization principle: each stage collects only the information needed for that stage. Identification documents and tax or employment information are not required when applying; they are requested only during onboarding if the applicant is hired.
| Stage | Data processed | Legal basis |

| Onboarding (only if hired) | Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF), identity card (RG), employment record book (CTPS), PIS social security number, voter registration card, military service certificate, driver's license, and other documents required by law. | Performance of the employment contract and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (Article 7, items V and II). |
Sensitive personal data
Sensitive personal data receives enhanced protection under Article 11 of the LGPD. RedT processes this information only when the applicant provides it, and under one of the following legal bases:
- Compliance with a legal obligation, when the data is needed to meet the hiring quota for people with disabilities under Law No. 8,213/1991 (Article 11, item II(a)).
- The data subject's specific and highlighted consent in other cases (Article 11, item I), which may be withdrawn at any time.
RedT does not use sensitive data to discriminate against or exclude applicants from recruitment processes and restricts access to this information.
How we use your data
Data is processed to assess an applicant's fit for a role, conduct recruitment stages, communicate with the applicant, add them to the talent pool for future opportunities when authorized, and meet legal obligations related to hiring.
Sharing and processing location
Data is processed through the Sólides platform in Brazil. RedT does not sell applicant data. Data is shared with third parties only when necessary for recruitment, compliance with a legal obligation, or the regular exercise of rights.
How long we keep data
| Data | Retention period | Criterion |
|---|---|---|
| Application for a closed recruitment process | Up to 12 months after the process ends. | To respond to a potential challenge to the recruitment process. |
| Talent pool | Up to 24 months, renewable with renewed consent. | Data subject's consent; deleted earlier if consent is withdrawn. |
| Data of a hired applicant | In accordance with applicable labor and social security laws. | Compliance with a legal obligation. |
Automated decisions
Some initial application screening in the Sólides platform may use automated ranking tools to organize applications. These tools do not make hiring decisions on their own; human review is involved. You may request a review of decisions made solely through automated processing that affect your interests under Article 20 of the LGPD by contacting the DPO.
RedT does not make automated decisions in recruitment that have effects on applicants without human review.
