Cookie Policy
This Policy explains how the RedT ecosystem's public websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate, store preferences, and measure audience activity.
Last updated: October 5, 2026.
What are cookies
Cookies are small files stored in a user's browser when they visit a website. They may be used to enable technical features, remember choices, and generate aggregated usage metrics.
RedT websites use analytics cookies only when the user authorizes that category in the consent banner.
How RedT uses cookies
Essential
The current public websites do not use session, authentication, or language preference cookies.
Functional
We use the consent cookie to store the user's choice and apply their preferences across the ecosystem's websites.
Analytics
With the user's authorization, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure audience activity, pages visited, and performance in aggregate.
Marketing and tracking
RedT websites currently do not use marketing pixels, remarketing, or campaign tags.

Applicable legal bases
Each cookie category is processed under a specific legal basis, as set out in Article 7 of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD):
- Functional cookies (redt_cookie_consent): the controller's legitimate interest (Article 7, item IX), because recording the user's choice is necessary to apply and demonstrate consent preferences, in fulfillment of the accountability duty established by the LGPD.
- Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_<measurement-id>): the data subject's consent (Article 7, item I), obtained in advance, freely, and on a granular basis through the banner; these cookies are loaded only when the analytics category is accepted.
- The “essential” and “marketing/tracking” categories do not have cookies implemented on the websites at this time, as described in the inventory.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with Measurement ID G-29LSHMKF8V to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use RedT websites.
Google Analytics starts with consent denied by default. Its script is loaded only when the user accepts analytics cookies in the banner.
International data transfers
Google Analytics 4 is operated by Google LLC, which processes data on servers located outside Brazil, including in the United States. This constitutes an international transfer of personal data under Article 33 of the LGPD.
This transfer takes place only after the user consents to the analytics cookie category. It is supported by contractual safeguards between RedT and Google, including Google's data processing terms and standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
The user may refuse or withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie banner; if they do, no data is sent to Google Analytics.
Third-party services
| Third party | Use | Does it create cookies on RedT websites? |
|---|---|---|
| Adobe Fonts | Delivery of the Stolzl font, diagnostics, and technical measurement of font usage. | No, not to deliver fonts, according to Adobe. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Measuring website audience and performance | Yes, only after analytics consent |
| LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian e Telegram | External links for contact, social media, or the client area | No, while the user remains on RedT websites |
RedT websites load the Stolzl font through Adobe Fonts, using Adobe's infrastructure. This creates external connections to deliver the fonts and technically measure their use. According to Adobe, the service does not set or use cookies to deliver fonts. Adobe receives the visitor's IP address to deliver the font and states that it does not store it. Other technical metadata may be used to operate the service and fulfill agreements with type foundries. RedT continues to host the Poppins fallback font. More information about this processing is available in the RedT Privacy Notice and in Adobe Fonts' privacy information.
Managing preferences
Users can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner shown on their first visit. Their choice is saved in the redt_cookie_consent cookie for 12 months and, in production, is shared across RedT ecosystem subdomains through Domain=.redt.cloud.
Users can also block or delete cookies in their browser settings. If the consent cookie is deleted, the banner will appear again on the next visit.
Other rights granted to data subjects by the LGPD, such as confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent (Article 18), may be exercised through the channels and procedures described in the RedT Privacy Notice.
Policy updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the websites, measurement tools, or legal requirements. If there is a material change to the cookie categories, RedT may ask users to make a new consent choice.
